      Annual POA Member meetings 

      Annual POA meeting will be Annually in the Spring. 

      Additional special meeting may be called as needed. 

      The dates and times for all POA meetings will be communicated directly to each member by mail. If there is an additional special-called meeting the board will also no.

      No. We have a posted speed limit of 20 mph. There is a community of people, of all ages, from kids playing to older adults walking to enjoy the day, and all enjoy walking and biking on the road. Please make sure you keep the speed limit to 20 mph or under. 

      Each homeowner is required to have pets on a lease or electronic collar at all times when pets are outside of your home.
