      2025 Annual POA Member meeting 

      Annual POA meeting will be on April 5th at 9 am. 

      The meeting will be held at West park pavilion #3. This announcement is only updated once a year or if there is an additional special-called meeting.

      No. We have a posted speed limit of 20 mph. There is a community of people, of all ages, from kids playing to older adults walking to enjoy the day, and all enjoy walking and biking on the road. Please make sure you keep the speed limit to 20 mph or under. 

      Each homeowner is required to have pets on a lease or electronic colar at all times when pets are outside of your home.
